On August 17, the NGO Center is organizing the “Edible Plants in Armenian Cuisine” festival in Dsegh village of Lori region. The aim of the festival is to make the secrets of Armenian traditional cuisine known and to promote tourism development in Lori region.
The festival is based on the spread of the ideas of eco-approach and eco-thinking, which is why waste sorting bins will be located throughout the area during the whole festival. In more than 40 pavilions degustation and sales of vegetarian dishes picked, processed and prepared by locals will be organized.
The festival is organized within the framework of the project \”Community-based ecotourism as a sustainable livelihood in the Tumanyan region\”.
