“Eco Fish Fest” in the Sevan Peninsula

GastroVino reports that “Eco Fish Festival” will be held for the first time on September 14 in the Sevan peninsula. It will have two parts. Volunteers from Yerevan and provinces will start garbage collection at 10:00 am in the coastal areas of the Sevan peninsula trying to raise the sense of public responsibility.

The main part of the festival will start from 14:00 at the parking lot from the Sevan peninsula to the road leading to Sevanavank, where cars will be banned from early morning.

Participation in the festival is free.

The festival is funded by membership fees and donations from union members. The project is also supported by the Gegharkunik regional administration and UNDP.

Those wishing to participate in the festival will be provided with free transport from Republic Square on September 14, at 12:00 pm.
